Il Barcellona ha vinto 2 – 0 contro il Manchester United la finale di Champions League.  Una partita così prestigiosa, ricca di giovani miti, che non poteva che essere disputata nella città eterna. Ma per noi l’unico vero campione che meritava attenzione era lui: l’arbitro Massimo Busacca di Bellinzona. Da dieci anni è arbitro internazionale FIFA e sicuramente uno dei migliori fischietti in Europa. Siamo stati orgogliosi di vedere in campo un cugino del Canton Ticino. Crediamo, con un poco di arroganza, che sia stato il nostro “Tivan” (vento che soffia da Nord sul lago) a dargli la giusta spinta per arrivare fin lì.
Onore ai campioni… e all’arbitro!

Barcelona won the Champions League final match versus Manchester United (2-0). There’s only one place where a so prestigous match, rich of young myths, could be played: Rome the eternal town. But the champion we were interested in, during that wonderful final, was the referee: Massimo Busacca from Bellinzona (Ticino – Swiss). FIFA referee for ten years, Busacca is definitely one of the best in Europe in this moment. We were proud to see a cousin from Ticino (Swiss) running on the football pitch. We think, arrogantly, that the push to succeed in achieving  that goal was given by our Tivan (the wind from north in Lake Como).
